Sub-processors

These are the providers QUORIAN - F.Z.E uses to run the service. Each is bound by contract to protect your data and to use it only to provide their service to us. This page is referenced by our Data processing agreement.
We give at least 30 days notice before adding or replacing a provider that touches client data. To be told when this page changes, write to privacy@quorian.com.
Used for every client

Engaged only for clients who buy outbound. If you do not use PIPELINE, none of these hold your data.

Used only for VISIBILITY
These are queried to read what each AI engine says about your brand. They receive the buyer question and your brand name. They do not receive your contacts, your files, or anything else about your company.

Not sub-processors
Sources you connect yourself, such as a mailbox or a knowledge base, are your own systems. We read from them with the permission you grant and you can revoke that at any time in settings. They are not our sub-processors and we do not control them.
